After returning to school in her 50s to pursue an associate degree in art at Michigan State University, Sue embraced a new chapter of creativity, self-expression, and artistic discovery.

Now residing along the Bay in Traverse City, Michigan, Sue draws inspiration from the quiet moments of reading, reflection, puzzles, and the simple pleasures that fuel her creativity. Through intimate storytelling, this piece explores not only the artwork she creates, but the experiences, resilience, and passion that shape the woman behind the brush.
